I’m a career-long communications and brand strategist who is passionate about helping organizations and leaders build awareness, momentum, and credibility. My experience spans companies at every stage—from scrappy startups to publicly traded and category-leading brands—guiding them through key moments like launches, IPOs, acquisitions, and strategic repositionings. With deep expertise across B2B tech, healthcare, and consumer brands, I’ve had the continued pleasure of creating integrated strategies that support clients’ larger business goals.

After years of holding agency leadership roles, I now work as an independent consultant, embedding with brand marketers, C-suite execs, and agency teams to advise and lead on brand building, media relations, and executive visibility. My work draws on a foundation of both agency and in-house experience, overseeing client portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

Over the years, I’ve built a reputation as a detail-oriented collaborator, strategic thinker, honest (sometimes to a fault) sounding board, and trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and marketing and communication teams. Unlike traditional agencies, I enjoy integrating with organizations—sometimes serving as the only marketing person—rather than operating as an outside vendor.

When not drafting go-to-market strategies or knocking on press doors, you’re sure to find me cooking up fresh meals for friends and family, health coaching, or soaking up some vitamin D at the beach with my husband and son.
